A collaborative, technically challenging website for a community-led health equity project.

The HCT project was a fresh challenge, with a totally different way of working. We were asked to execute a full Squarespace build based on designs created by Sarah Dent of Jolly Good Show, on Figma.

What was particularly difficult about this, was while you can do all sorts of things using Squarespace, you can’t do everything in terms of functionality. The complex thing about this project was being able to translate a design and functionality requests into a format that could function in the Squarespace infrastructure.

This required a high level of creative problem-solving, and was highly complex - as well as being quite exciting as we saw how far we could push Squarespace.

From receiving the designs to finishing the website we had just over a week and half. Despite a quick turnaround, we successfully delivered a complex 26-page site.

The result is a technically ambitious site that pushes Squarespace to its limits. We really enjoyed this collaborative way of working, and would be happy to work with Sarah again.
